Store Manager

As a Folli Follie Store Manager you are the leader of your store and your team and the ambassador of our brand. Excellence will drive you in all areas of your role, as you lead by example to achieve your sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain exceptional in-store visual standards

A strong commercial awareness, passion for our iconic brand and an expression of your own personal style are key requirements in this role. You will also need to have previous retail experience at management level, with a proven operational skillset and experience working with luxury product and customers. Ideally you will have worked with Jewellery and Accessories or if not, you will be able to express a clear love for and desire to work with these products.

Assistant Manager

As a Folli Follie Assistant Manager you are a key member of the in-store team, leading by example and pro-actively supporting your Store Manager in achieving sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining exceptional in-store visual standards. 

As a vital link between the store team and the Store Manager, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to motivate, engage and support the team. You will be a confident seller, exhibit a strong operational skillset and display and encourage exceptional customer service at all times.

We require that you have previous retail experience at management or supervisory level and experience working with luxury product and customers. Ideally you will have worked with Jewellery and Accessories or if not, have the ability to demonstrate a clear love for and desire to work with these products.

Senior Sales Associate

As a Folli Follie Senior Sales Associate you will be a confident and driven salesperson, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service to everyone who walks through the doors of Folli Follie. Your passion for our brand and our products will shine through and your vibrant and charismatic selling style will be clear to see every day. 

Our Senior Sales Associates set high standards for our sales teams and work closely with our management team to ensure excellence is achieved in store every day.

Ideally you will have previous retail and supervisory experience, working with Jewellery and Accessories, or if not, the ability to demonstrate an excellent sales-focused skillset combined with an understanding and aptitude for supervising a team within a luxury store.

Ideally, you will have some previous retail experience with a proven sales track record and experience with or a passion for working for a luxury brand with beautiful products.

We do not currently have any vacancies for this position.

 Christmas Sales Associates:

Throughout the UK and Ireland our Folli Follie store teams are looking for brilliant individuals to join their teams as Christmas Sales Associates during the busiest and most exciting time of year.
