ORDER TRACKING

How can I view the status of my order?

To view the current status of an order placed, click on the “My Account” page followed by the order tracking button. This option will show you the status of your order all the way up to delivery.

 

How can I track my order after it has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by UPS. Simply enter this number at the UPS website (www.ups.com) so that you may locate the exact position of you parcel for the duration of its shipment. 

 

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact UPS and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact our customer care department at customercare@follifollie.co.uk
