More specifically, under the general terms of this present agreement the Company wishes to set forth in a clear, lucid and comprehensive manner, abiding to the principles of good faith and to provisions on the validity of contracts, the terms and conditions under which it enters into transactions, according to Law 2251/1994 on β€Consumer Protectionβ€ and in specific with the provisions on distant trading.

Price, despatch and additional costs
The prices listed in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT (20%). The goods and price information on the Website are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time of your order. The total amount of your order, including all taxes and additional costs such as packaging and delivery, is displayed on the screen prior to, or at the end of, the checkout process. Products are delivered by courier immediately and within 10 days at the latest to the location which you have indicated. Dispatches are executed daily, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays excluded. It is noted that dispatching costs are the same for all locations within Greece and are defined by the weight of the products of your order. Dispatch time is subject to availability of the ordered products in the Websites’s warehouse and to circumstances of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes etc.), in which case we shall inform you accordingly by e-mail or telephone in order for you to declare to us whether you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order.

What do I do if i have an issue with my Folli Follie product?
All of our products pass through strict quality regulations. However, if you do experience a problem please contact our Customer Care department.
Is there VAT charged on-line?
Yes, VAT is charged on online purchases and is included in the price of the product.
How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. The item has to be in its original unused condition without marks or scratches. Please contact our Customer Care Department for detailed instructions.
Can I cancel an item from my order?

Can I ship my order to a different address?
For your fist order with Folli Follie we will require the delivery address to match the billing address for security reasons. However after that first order, yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of the item in the event that you might want to offer the item as a gift.
