November 14, 2023 FOLLI FOLLIE SPONSORS 61ST MISS WORLD CHINA FINALS
China Finals of the 61st Miss World pageant, launched by the British Miss World Ltd., was successfully held in Wuxi. Folli Follie supported the glamorous event that attracted the interest of the whole country and even the world, by being the official jewllery, watches and accessories sponsor. Mrs Ketty Koutsolioutsos, Founder and Image Director of Folli Follie, was one of the judges of Miss World China.
In a spectacular and celebrating atmosphere, Miss World China pageant took place in the historical city of Wuxi and the impressive Brahma Palace in Wuxi Lingshan. Twenty seven beautiful contestants competing in the pegeant came on stage with three appearances: bikini, Qipao Chinese traditional outfit and evening gown. They dazzled in their Folli Follie jewellery, watches and accessories, which were carefully selected from the brand's new Autumn/Winter 2011-2012 collections, amongst which the Pyramid, Beautime and Day dream watches; Mystico, Fireworks, Bling Chic, Signature, Happy Nugget, K Collection, and the iconic Heart4Ηeart jewellery collections; and finally the Reflections handbags and the Mystico evening clutches, added a stylish touch to the respective biniki and evening gown amazing appearances.
During the gala dinner that followed the pageant, Mrs Ketty Koutsolioutsos awarded latest Fireworks collection jewellery to the 3 winners, champion Liu Chen, runner-up Li Dong'e and second runner up Yu Weiwei.
Mrs. Ketty Koutsolioutsos said: "It was an honour to be a judge of this well organised event. I enjoyed every part of the process and I wish all girls every success in the career they wish to pursue and a beautiful life. Good luck to Liu Chen in London's Miss World competition".
The beautiful collaboration of Folli Follie and China Finals of the 61st Miss World, 2011 will last for one year. Miss World winners will promote their beauty during exclusive events at Folli Follie selected stores in 15 cities all over China, sharing styling tips with Folli Follie’s distinguished guests.
